Also, bits and bobs that for some reason or other haven't made it onto Instagram or my website, which I try to keep in a tidy state, but sometimes I just have to write more about what I'm up to with stuff.

This is on the way from the M1 to my parent's house. December, chilly, still loads of people out running.
